- 2019-20 Placement Camp (11 February 2019 at Bahauddin College, Junagadh) – 1213 students participated, 42 companies attended, 175 students were selected for next round of interview and 142 students were shortlisted.
These statistics indicate a growing engagement with companies and a steady improvement in student placements.
Department-Wise Placement Analysis
The placement activities at BKNMU cover various academic disciplines, including Commerce, Chemistry, English, and Life Sciences.
Chemistry and Forensic Science Department
- The Chemistry and Forensic Science Department has been actively placing students in reputed chemical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare firms.
- Companies such as Oxygen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Dishman Pharma, Synzeal Research, and Veeda Clinical Research have recruited students through campus placements.
- Between 2020-22, a total of 145 students secured jobs, while 22 students joined academic institutes, 14 started their own businesses, and 16 pursued further studies.
Department of Life Sciences
- Graduates from Botany, Zoology, and Microbiology have been placed in schools, colleges, hospitals, and research institutions.

Over the past few years, the university has organized placement camps, mega placement drives, and departmental placement activities to provide students with career prospects in reputed organizations.
Placement Camps and Mega Placement Drives
The university has successfully conducted annual placement camps in different academic years.
- In the 2021-22 placement camp jointly organized by university, Om Institute and GTU Gujarat, 124 students participated in campus interviews with six different companies and institutions.
- In the 2020-21 placement camp jointly organized by university and KCG, Ahmedabad, 871 students attended the placement fair, leading to 103 job placements and 157 shortlisted candidates.
- The 2019-20 placement camp jointly organized by university and KCG, Ahmedabad had a larger turnout, with 1,213 students participating, 142 securing jobs, and 175 shortlisted.
- Additionally, the Mega Placement Drive 2022 jointly organized by university, Om Institute and GTU Gujarat, organized for the 10th time in the region, witnessed the participation of over 1,500 students and 40 companies, demonstrating the university’s commitment to large-scale employment facilitation
